I am a new patient - I have had 2 excellent Doctor's appointments to date and 1 also excellent check up with a nurse. All 3 appointments have been easily arranged either by phone or online (this is an excellent service for busy working people). The Reception staff and all other staff I have come across have been highly helpful. Thank you all.

- Prompt and helpful, very professional to date and cannot think of anything at the moment. - The number card is a great idea pure appointments, which guarantees more or less a same day appointments. - Sometimes parking is difficult but I cannot see a way around it.

Absolutely stellar. Professional, approachable and do everything they can to help from the doctors to the receptionist. Adapted care to my anxieties and needs. Everyone cared - no dismisal without everyone at riverbank I wouldn't be here today. Thank you.
